Finally Life is getting back to normal!

Mary L Chapman Nov 2, 1917 - Oct 8, 2007It is with both sadness for not being able to spend any more time with my grammy to happiness for her once again dancing with grandpa that I announce the passing of my grandmother. The reason I started visiting the care center with Doc.
Grandma had suffered from Dementia for many years.
This photo was taken along with many others a couple of months before her death. Both my Mother and I were at her side for her final breath.
She was a beautiful woman full of happiness and life, an avid fisherwoman and hunter never letting her tiny figure and beauty stop her from doing what she wanted!.
I carry her in my heart forever.
(Doc will be starting Therapy training classes in December to be able to carry on visits with the other residents)

This photo is of the boys Kitty Sal. He was a rescue we took in two years ago. Sal loves the outdoors and for this reason we decided to re-home him as I knew he would not be happy with indoor living only in the new townhouse. Sadly Sal escaped the first night in his new home and has not been seen since. Both Wyatt, Doc, my son and I all traveled the three and a half hours to his new home to try and find him to no avail. His new owners and I have not given up hope yet and are still leaving bedding and food outside for him. He is in the Brush Prairie Washington area. Black long hair manx with a tail about two inches long and green eyes.

NOW for better news - Heres some great photos of some of the fun things we have been doing. Lots of walks. AND we even got to bring ALL of our toys to the new house!..PLUS we got a new bed and a fabulous painting that we won in a national photo contest with Sergeants pet care products. Below are just a few fun photos of playing, sleeping...

We have met many of our neighbors, no bulldogs but lots of fun friendly canines! AND our other kitty that did not used to like us much has come around and even has been captured snuggling with us off and on! He is an old kitty and has always been indoors. We sleep in Coles room and have been getting our work outs on the three stairways. Mom says we still have some work to do in manners and we hope to make her proud soon.
NOW be sure to check with us on our website for our next fund raising adventure. This one still in the works but will be aiding LIBR Long Island Bulldog Rescue!
Also We will be posting some helpful advise and things we have learned for moving and living urban!
